First sessions often involve you and I getting to know each other, and getting a general sense of what life is like for you at this time. By the end of the first session, usually we have carved out a few meaningful directions for us to start working on together in counselling.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #20091), which are often covered under insurance plans. Check with your provider!

For those with coverage, I am able to direct bill via Pacific Blue Cross. For all other providers I provide all the information you need on your receipt for your claim.

At this time I am not offering family sessions as a regular service. However, when appropriate, I do provide family sessions for youth who I see individually.
